ERIN: Taking my first in-person class (with Karen Portaleo) was such an impactful experience for me as both a cake decorator and an artist; I learned more in that one class than in the two previous years spent working as a cake artist. I felt that there was a severe gap in the industry when it came to taking "in-person" classes. I was determined to create a fun and professional environment where students could challenge their passion, learn from world-renowned artists, and meet others that share their love of cake decorating! We wanted to create a community!
