The Inrernarional Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution will present its second Law Firm Award for Excellence in ADR at CPR's Annual Meeting, on Jan. 15-16, in New York. CPR will honor law firms that demonstrate firm-wide commitment to using ADR principles and techniques. The CPR award review committee will focus on sophisticated ADR use: specifically, law firms' integrated processes, techniques, systems, and client services in multiple practice areas. The deadline for entry submissions is Oct. 15. Applicants ideally will have set a benchmark for addressing the resolution, prevention and creative management of major disputes involving public or business institutions or among multiple parties.
