Support for a Full Program: Last Year's Lessons On Company Conflict Resolution Efforts Resonate

The need for a corporate conflict resolution program has never been greater.rnTwo programs a year ago highlighted the essential nature of the programs by demonstrating their extraordinary results. Despite the sensibility of using comprehensive in-house ADR programs, they're not as well developed as they should be.rnThe purpose of this article is to memorialize the events, one of which this author moderated, the background for having them, and the thought leadership they established. The idea is to create more awareness for the corporate ADR programs and systems whose applicability and utility have been enhanced by the economic turmoil that has arisen since the seminars discussed below.
