About the Master Mediator Institute

The Master Mediator Institute, or MMI, was co-founded by author Monique McKay and mediator, arbitrator and educator Robert A. Creo to form a community of mediators and executives who are passionate and intellectually curious about what they do. MMI colleagues seek greater understandings about human behavior so they can help transform conflicts, become more effective negotiators, facilitate decision making and be imaginative, creative problem solvers.
