The last issue of our 2016 Editorial Year is finally here! And I have to say: it's been a fantastic one. We've gone all the way from bidding farewell to US Airways-as it merged with American Airlines-to spending a week in North Korea flying old Soviet metal. We've witnessed the behind-the-scenes of Delta, the world's most prolific carrier, and welcomed the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner into KLM's fleet. We've brought back to life vintage carriers such as Bonanza Air Lines and North Central, and reported our travels on a unique round-the-world trip.
