摘要

Although a good correlation was found for short term periods, the response of the sensors changed over time and with sudden large spikes in concentration. Correlation between sensors was good, although absolute readings varied significantly before applying a correction factor. Attempts to open and clean the modules partially restored their performance with varying levels of success. The project did not proceed further, as it was decided these results were not sufficiently repeatable for the requirements of coal dust exposure monitoring.
