Following reports of major governance problems in more than ten of Ivory Coast's embassies, theIvorian presidency is working on an extensive audit of its diplomatic representations abroad. First it was the public companies, now it is the turn ofIvory Coast's embassies to go under the microscope.According to our sources, President Alassane Ouattarawill soon begin a vast audit of the country's embassiesabroad. The task has been entrusted to the DirectorateGeneral of Treasury and Public Accounting (Directiongenerale du tresor et de la comptabilite publique, DGTCP).
