PROFESSOR BIN CHENG

摘要

We are sad to note the death on 16 October 2019 of Honorary Fellow, Professor Bin Cheng. Recognised across the world as an authority on international air and space law, without whose contribution to the development of space law it may not have existed in its present form. He has been justly referred to as the father of International Air Law, and more so of International Space Law, his foray into the latter dating back to the dawn of the space age in 1957.
