The global financial and economic crisis that started in 2007 has inspired both the academic community to discover its roots and main characteristics, and policy-makers to find the necessary reforms in order to handle the present crisis and to avoid a future one. The lesson learned is that without regulating the global, regional, and national levels, globalisation may lead to unpredictable consequences. This book, edited by Istvan Benczes, is part of the "Political Economy of Globalization" book series. The present volume includes 10 studies dealing with global, regional, and national governance issues.
