Carrier's New Force In Water-cooled Chillers

Carrier's aquaforce chiller range has been extended with the introduction of the 30XW, a new generation of water-cooled liquid chillers, comprising 27 models from 400kW-1800kW (115 tons to 515 tons). The new Aquaforce chiller was unveiled to an international audience at Carrier's plant in Montluel in France where, along with the US and China, the new range will be manufactured. The introduction of the water-cooled model follows the launch of the Aquaforce air-cooled chiller range in 2006. With the new water-cooled range, Carrier has created a new category of energy-efficient chillers operating on R134a which adapt to a wide range of applications and satisfy the different needs of each market segment - air conditioning, heating and industrial refrigeration.
