業務施設の多様性を考慮した近畿圏業務部門エネルギー需要モデルの開発その1 業務施設ストックデータべースに基づく建物類型区分の開発

業務部門を構成する事務所，宿泊施設，医療施設，商業施設などの業務施設ストックは，多様な業務機能を担っており，建物により使用用途が大きく異なる.建物の用途に応じて，建築仕様及び建築設備仕様，建物の使われ方が决定されており，これらの因子が建物のエネルギー消费を決定づけているため.業務施設ストックのエネルギー消费特性は多様であり，都市圏業務部門のエネルギー消費構造は複雑に構成されている.%In this paper, the authors developed a database on the commercial building stock for office, hotel, and medical facilities as a key component of an urban-scale energy demand model of the commercial sector of the Kinki region by using so-called archetype engineering bottom-up approach. We investigated the distribution of building stock in terms of building usage, size, floor usage and HVAC system, in order to take into account the variety of commercial building stock in the model. We found that building usage and size are the most important influencing factor that characterises the composition of floor usage and the share of HVAC system as well as energy consumption. For office and hotel, business category is also important making a difference in the composition of floor usage and energy consumption. Based on this analysis, we developed building stock categories by which building stock is classified and archetype building model is developed.
