Cloning and expression of HcMTF-12 gene. Gel electrophoresis of HcMTF-12 indicating the 764 bp amplified PCR product. HcMTF-12 cloned into pMD-19T vector and confirmed by restriction enzyme digestion. Recombinant expression plasmid pET-32a (+)-HcMTF-12 verified by restriction digestion with I and I
