Chiropractic physicians: toward a select conceptual understanding of bureaucratic structures and functions in the health care institution

ObjectiveThe purpose of this article is to present select concepts and theories of bureaucratic structures and functions so that chiropractic physicians and other health care professionals can use them in their respective practices. The society-culture-personality model can be applied as an organizational instrument for assisting chiropractors in the diagnosis and treatment of their patients irrespective of locality.
