Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) has recently been recognized as a systemic fibroinflammatory disease characterized by IgG4-positive lymphoplasmacytic infiltration. Despite the increased awareness of this disease category, cardiovascular involvement has rarely been reported.
