Coronary flow compromise is a significant risk of transcatheter aortic valve therapy.Warranting preservation of coronary flow is even more challenging with transcatheteraortic valve re-intervention since the implantation of a transcatheter valve within adegenerated bioprosthetic or transcatheter valve increases significantly thishazard.
