Samples from normal skin and psoriatic lesions were stained with RIPK1, RIPK3, MLKL, and pMLKL(S358). Representative images are shown. Scale bar represents 200 μm. mRNA levels of RIPK1, RIPK3, and MLKL in skin tissues from the normal and psoriasis groups were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR. , Protein levels of RIPK1, RIPK3, pRIPK3(S227), MLKL and pMLKL (S358) were quantified by western blotting.
