ObjectivesThe purpose of this work was to examine the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum in the placenta and perinatal outcomes in extreme pre-term deliveries and to explore the influence of bacteria co-infection on perinatal outcomes in U urealyticum-positive placentas.
