ObjectiveTo assess the number of lymph nodes removed as a surrogate marker of the extent of lymph node dissection, and compare survival outcomes between laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy (LRNU) and open radical nephroureterectomy (ORNU) in patients undergoing standardized lymph node dissection.
