PurposeTo compare the ability of ocular fundus images obtained by Spectralis MultiColor scanning laser ophthalmoscope (MC-SLO) to that obtained by conventional color fundus images (CF) in detecting non-glaucomatous nerve fiber layer defects (NFLDs).
