Comparison of the effects of intravenous Dexketoprofen Trometamol versus Paracetamol on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing Septoplasty: A randomised double-blind clinical trial

Background and Objective:Septoplasty operations are associated with moderate to severe postoperative pain which has unfavourable effects on patient’s recovery and postoperative outcome. The aim of this study was to compare effects of intravenous paracetamol and dexketoprofen on postoperative analgesia, tramadol consumption and side effects after septoplasty.
