出血性脑卒中致脑心综合征的观察与护理

摘要

回顾性分析127例出血性脑卒中致脑心综合征的临床资料，总结护理对策。认为护理的重点是早期识别脑心综合征，避免引起与加重脑心综合征的诱发因素，做好心肌损害及心理护理，提高脑心综合征患者治疗效果和生存率。%A total of 127 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome caused by hemorrhagic stroke were enrolled in the retrospective analysis to develop nursing policy .Results suggested that the emphases on nursing includedearly identifying of cerebrocardiac syndrome ,avoiding inducing factors of cerebrocardiac syndrome ,improving nursing for myocardial damage and mental health , and improving therapeutic effect as well as survival rate of patients .
