湿法脱硫系统中除雾器的升级改造实践

         

摘要

By analysis and comparison on advantages and disadvantages of arrangement modes of various types of demisters, two horizontal demisters of the wet flue gas desulphurization system are reconstructed as one tube-type demister plus ridge-type demister to reduce liquid droplet in flue gas from absorption tower out-let, by which GGH blockage and equipment corrosion are ameliorated. The liquid droplet in the flue gas from absorption tower outlet is reduced from 55.9 mg/m3 to 38.2 mg/m3 after reconstruction, which achieves favor-able results and social benefit.%在分析比较各型除雾器布置方式优缺点的基础上,通过将湿法脱硫系统两级水平型除雾器改造升级为一级管式+二级屋脊型除雾器,降低吸收塔出口烟气液滴携带量,从而改善GGH堵塞和设备腐蚀问题。吸收塔出口烟气液滴含量由改造前的55.9 mg/m3降低到改造后的38.2 mg/m3,取得了良好的改造效果和社会效益。
