The intermediates were synthesized by acylation of 4-bromine-1,8-naphthalene anhydride and 3-dimethylaminopropylamine,and then the target compounds were prepared by Buchwald Hartwig coupling reaction with 2-nitroaniline.%先以4-溴-1,8-萘酐和二甲基氨基丙胺为原料经酰化反应合成中间体,再与邻硝基苯胺进行Buchwald-Hartwig偶联反应得到目标化合物.
