在众多制备太阳能级多晶硅的工艺技术中,冶金法生产太阳能级多晶硅由于电耗低(仅为西门子法的1/3)、投资省、建设期及生产周期短、符合节能减排的清洁生产要求,因而成为最具代表性的方法之一,具有广阔的应用前景和重要的战略意义.论述了湿法冶金在冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅中的重要性,在国内外的应用现状及存在主要问题,并分析展望湿法冶金技术在冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅中的应用前景.%Among many preparation technologies of solar grade polysilicon, the metallurgical method is one of the most representative methods due to its low power consumption (only 1/3 of the Siemens method), less investment, short construction period and production cycle, and meeting the cleaner production requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction. It has broad application prospects and important strategic significance. By discussing the importance of hydrometallurgy in the preparation of solar grade polysilicon by the metallurgical method, its application status at home and abroad and existing main problems, the application prospects of hydrometallurgy in the production of solar grade poly silicon by the metallurgical method were analyzed.
