The base material of anode for zinc electrodeposition is lead-silver alloy at home and abroad,the oxidation phenomenon would happen in alloy production process,and a certain amount of lead-silver alloy slag shall be produced,so the direct recovery rate of lead-silver shall be reduced.The coal powder reducing slag is used for recovery of lead-silver alloy in order to treat the lead-silver alloy slag with high-efficiency in a short flow,and the effect of reduction temperature,C/O,reduction time and the other process parameters on lead -silver direct recovery rate is researched too.The results show,in the reduction process,when the temperature is among 950 ~ 1030℃,the reduction time is 60min,C/O is 1.2,the results are relatively good,the direct recovery rate of lead can reach to 89.0%,the direct recovery rate of silver can reach above 95.6%.%国内外锌电积用阳极主要基材是铅银合金,在合金生产过程中会发生氧化现象,产生一定数量铅银合金渣,降低铅银直收率.为短流程、高效处理铅银合金渣,用煤粉还原渣回收铅银合金,并研究了还原温度、C/O和还原时间等工艺参数对铅银直收率的影响.结果表明,在还原过程中,温度在950~1030℃,还原时间为60 min和C/O为1.2的条件下相对较优,其铅的直收率可达89.0%,银直收率可达95.6%以上.
