金融应用型人才实践教学体系建设探讨

摘要

实践教学在金融专业人才培养中起着重要作用，而当前实践教学体系中存在着教学体系缺乏系统性、没有配套的教材指导、教学设施条件薄弱及相关的评价体系等问题，制约了实践教学的效果。本文结合本校金融专业综合改革过程中的探索实践，就实践教学体系的改革谈谈本校的具体做法及改革中的体会。%Practice teaching play an important role in finance professional training, but practice teaching system have the problem of no matching guidance materials, weak teaching facilities and imperfect evaluation system, which restrict the practice teaching effect. This paper discusses the exploration and practice of the comprehensive reform of the specialty of school finance in our college finance professional training.
