陡深斜井自密实混凝土衬砌施工技术

         

摘要

In the construction of steep deep inclined shaft in Bulungkol-Gongur Hydropower Station mix proportion of the high performance concrete was adjusted because of the problems that difficult artificial vibration and easily blocked pipe and slow construction caused by large inclined angle and long distance concrete slip and the pouring concrete and steel pipe installation required to constantly turn. It finally got a grade pump pouring smooth,vibration free,fast and continuous construction self compacting concrete;by increasing the length of the segmented pouring (usually 80 m, the longest one was 110m),in the slide tube within the entire feeding process without any slow falling device measures,it thus simiplified the con-struction process,reduced the construction difficulty and improved the efficiency of the construction.%针对布仑口-公格尔水电站引水系统陡深斜井施工中,二级配高性能混凝土浇筑因斜井角度大、混凝土溜送距离长、浇筑混凝土和安装钢管所需的人员和设备需不断地交替变换而造成的人工振捣困难、泵管易堵塞、施工速度缓慢和窝工等问题,进行混凝土配合比的调整,最终得到了浇筑顺畅、免振捣、能快速连续施工的一级配泵送自密实混凝土;并通过采取增加混凝土的分段浇筑长度(一般为80 m,最长一段为110 m),以及在溜管内整个溜送过程不设任何缓降装置的措施,从而简化了施工工序、降低了施工难度、提高了施工效率。
