湖泊环保疏浚工程中泥浆絮凝效率的优化研究

     

摘要

湖泊环保疏浚工程中底泥细颗粒泥沙难以形成较大的絮团,在处理过程中极易造成二次污染,需要添加絮凝剂等外加剂处理疏浚底泥。为了避免絮凝剂浪费和二次污染,解决泥水分离效果不佳等问题,通过试验确定了达到最佳絮凝效果时泥浆浓度与絮凝剂绝对浓度的函数关系,以及泥浆与一定浓度絮凝剂的最佳配比。结果表明:按照试验得出的泥浆浓度与絮凝剂绝对浓度的函数关系配比絮凝剂,缩短了絮凝时间,提高了脱水效率;优化后泥饼的平均含固率由原来的36.30%提高到了40.16%,平均减水率为9.52%;絮凝效率的优化会直接降低泥饼外运量,减轻堆场负担、节约运输成本、减少二次污染,提高整个工程的施工效率。%Fine sediment particles in dredging engineering is difficult to form a larger floccules, in the treatment of dredged silt can cause secondary pollution easily, and it needs to add the flocculant admixtures in the process. Through a series of test to find the function relation of the mud density and absolute concentration of flocculant when achieve the best flocculation effect. The results show that according to the function relation of the experiment to match flocculant, it shortens the flocculation time, dehydration efficiency is greatly increased; after optimizing the average mud cake containing solid rate is raised from 36. 30% to 40. 16% and the average water reducing rate is 9. 52%; in addition, the flocculation efficiency optimization can reduce mud cake directly,and avoid the waste drugs, poor separation of the mud and mud problem, and can provide guidance and reference for similar projects.
