南水北调中线禹州-长葛段施工投资计划与管理

摘要

从项目投资计划和投资控制管理着手，结合南水北调中线禹州-长葛段施工期的实际情况，宏观分析了影响投资的主要因素。在投资控制方面，通过采取减少设计变更、考虑施工便利的设计优化、严格控制工程变更和索赔、加大外部协调力度、加强投资控制过程的监督与管理等措施，该段工程建设投资始终处于可控状态，工程质量和施工进度均达到了预期目标。%Aiming at the construction practice of Yuzhou to Changge section, Middle Route Project of South to North Water Di-version, the factors that influence engineering investment are analyzed from the perspectives of investment plan and management in a macroscopic view. It is illustrated that the engineering investment could be controlled effectively through reducing design changes, taking account of construction convenience in designing process, controlling design changes and compensation strictly, strengthening on external cooperation as well as supervision of investment control. By adopting these measures, the construction of Yuzhou to Changge section goes smoothly with expected quality and progress.
