预应力混凝土箱梁锚垫板施工质量控制

摘要

The post tensioned pre-stressed concrete box beam was mainly adopted for the upper structure of the traffic bridges over the canal of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion. For a long time, the construction of anchor plate has not been paid attention to and no correlative specification can be referred to, so the anchor plate failure often occurs in construc-tion. In order to guarantee smooth construction of box beam anchor plate, the damage causes and key points for quality control are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the special measures for box beam anchor plate construction quality are put forward. The quality should be controlled from the aspects of material, equipment, personnel, process and quality check, so as to guarantee the construction quality of box beam anchor plate.%南水北调中线工程跨渠交通桥上部结构主要采用后张预应力混凝土箱梁，其箱梁锚垫板的施工未受到足够重视，且无相关的规程规范要求，施工中经常出现损坏情况。为了保证箱梁锚垫板的顺利施工，对锚垫板产生破坏的原因和施工质量控制要点进行了分析。根据分析结果，提出了保证锚垫板施工质量的针对性措施，即必须从材料、设备、人员、工序、检测等方面进行严格控制。锚垫板的施工质量得到了保证。
