南水北调中线颍河倒虹吸工程施工进度控制管理

摘要

Due to some human-related factors, the schedule of cofferdam construction of Yinghe inverted siphon project of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion was delayed. In order to realize water supply before flood season and complete the construction on schedule, the construction should be accelerated. Based on the analysis of progress deviation, the e-mergency measures were adopted, such as the increase of resources input, change of operation relationship, and adjustment of construction technology. By carrying out those measures, the project was completed on schedule.%南水北调中线颍河倒虹吸工程因人为因素影响，致使该项目围堰施工工期拖延。为了实现颍河汛前的通水目标及确保总体工期进度，必须采取赶工措施抢回工期。在对进度偏差进行分析后，决定采取增加资源投入、改变施工项目作业关系、调整施工工艺的应急补救措施。措施实施后，按期完成了该项目工程，为总体施工进度目标的实现奠定了基础。
