Anti-slide pile is a major structural measure in land sliding treatment. However, it requires several months from its construction to the anti-slide starting to work. For the landslides in the creep stage, especially the landslide requiring emer-gent treatment, the risk of destabilization during construction is large. To solve this problem, the consolidation grouting bored pile wall made up of two rows of bored piles, the steel truss on the top of the piles and the high pressure consolidation grouting be-tween the piles can be adopted, which can reduce the earth and rock excavation at utmost, reduce unstable risk caused by exca-vation;in addition, the consolidation grouting can reduce the strength difference of the pile and soil, improve the integral rigidity and make the spatial stress more reasonable to avoid the destabilization or shear failure of piles due to large local bending moment and shear stress. Compared with the traditional anti-slide pile, this technology can win precious time for emergency treatment project and it is more reasonable economically. It has been applied in the emergency treatment project of Jiangjunling landslide, Badong County in Three Gorges Reservoir Area and good effect has been achieved.%抗滑桩是滑坡治理的主要工程措施,从抗滑桩开始施工到产生抗滑效果往往需要数月时间。对处于蠕变阶段的滑坡尤其是应急抢险工程,在施工期间因抗滑桩开挖导致滑坡失稳破坏的风险极大。针对这一问题,通过采用双排钻孔灌注桩、桩顶钢桁架及桩间高压固结灌浆形成固结灌浆钻孔桩墙,能最大限度地减小土石方开挖、降低施工期间由于开挖引起失稳破坏的风险;另外在桩间采用固结灌浆技术减小桩土强度差,提高其整体刚度,使空间受力更加合理,避免了钻孔桩可能因局部弯矩、剪力过大产生压杆失稳破坏和剪断破坏。与传统抗滑桩相比,该技术为应急抢险工程赢得了宝贵的时间并且经济上更加合理。目前,该技术在三峡库区巴东县将军岭滑坡局部应急抢险工程中成功运用并取得了良好的治理效果。
