变径搭接组合式孔口管与“隔管灌浆法”

         

摘要

The problems of conventional orifice tube grouting method applied to the bedrock with concrete cutoff wall or deep o-verburden were analyzed. To solve these problems, a diameter-varied and lapped orifice tube and isolating-tube grouting meth-od was researched and developed. The basic structure and working principle of the new orifice tube, the construction processes and technological key points of the isolating-tube grouting method were presented. The engineering practice proved that the new orifice tube and the corresponding grouting method can solve common engineering and technical problems in the grouting of bed-rock with concrete cutoff wall and deep overburden.%系统分析了混凝土防渗墙与深厚覆盖层下基岩采用常规孔口管灌浆存在的一系列问题。为解决这些问题,研发了变径搭接组合式孔口管与“隔管灌浆法”。系统阐述了新型孔口管的基本结构、工作原理和“隔管灌浆法”的实施工艺与使用要点。经工程实践证实,利用该新型孔口管及其相应的灌浆工法,可有效解决当前在混凝土防渗墙和深厚覆盖层下基岩灌浆中常见的工程技术问题。可供同类工程应用与参考。
