论非营利组织社区参与的实践路径——以晏阳初的中华平民教育促进会为例

摘要

Non-profit organizations＇ community participation plays an important role for the construction of a harmonious community. The author selected the classic case of mass education in Ding County carried out by Chinese National Association of the Mass Education which led by YAN Yang-chu, analyzed the content, approaches and methods of non-profit organizations＇ community participation. Based on the summary of community participation experience, we tried to find effective approach and obtain useful suggestions for the current non-profit organizations＇ community participation.%非营利组织的社区参与对于和谐社区建设发挥着重要作用。笔者选取晏阳初领导中华平民教育促进会在定县的平民教育活动这一经典案例，分析非营利组织社区参与的内容、途径和方法，并根据对平民教育活动社区参与的经验总结，从中寻找有效的社区参与方法，得出对于当前非营利组织社区参与的有益启示。
