非政府组织欧洲化的路径分析

The europeanization of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is a process that EU politics, society and economic impulses become one part of NGOs' words and policy logic, also a process that NGOs adapt and react to the European integration. EU encourages the europeanization of NGOs by providing fund opportunities, increasing the effect of EU policies, and so on. NGOs try to win EU funds and take part in the activities of EU. NGOs' Europeanization is the inevitable trend under the background of EU further integration. The difference of response from NGOs to the Europeanization is obvious, and the routes are simple, meanwhile, some organizations face difficulties with europeanization.%非政府组织的欧洲化是欧盟的政治、社会和经济动力成为非政府组织话语和政策逻辑的一部分的过程，也是非政府组织对欧洲一体化进程的适应与反应过程。欧盟通过提供资助、增加欧盟政策影响力等方式促进非政府组织欧洲化；非政府组织通过争取欧盟资助、参与欧盟层面的活动这两种路径实现欧洲化。欧洲化是一体化不断深化背景下非政府组织发展的必然趋势，但由于各组织情况不一，使得非政府组织对欧洲化的反应呈现多样性，但欧洲化的路径比较单一，一些组织难以实现欧洲化。
