目的：探讨妇科护理中有效沟通的运用效果。方法研究224例妇科患者分为实验组和对照组，分别120例、104例。对照组患者进行基本护理；实验组患者加用有效沟通护理。对比两组患者护理满意度。结果对照组中满意度为78.8%（82例）；实验组中满意度为91.7%（110例）。两组满意度比较，前者明显比后者高，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论有效沟通在妇科疾病的护理中具有明显的疗效，不但大大的提高了患者的护理满意度，还在一定程度上促进了患者的康复，值得推广。%Objective gynecological care in the use of effective communication effects. Methods 224 cases of gynecological patients were divided into experimental and control groups, respectively, 120 cases, 104 cases. Primary care patients in control group; experimental group were added with care to communicate effectively. Compared two groups of patient care satisfaction. Results In the control group, satisfaction was 78.8%(82 cases);experimental group satisfaction was 91.7%(110 cases). Satisfaction compare the two groups, the former was signiifcantly higher than the latter, P<0.05, statistically signiifcant difference. Conclusion of effective communication in the care of gynecological diseases have a signiifcant effect, not only greatly improve the care of patients satisfaction, but also to some extent, contributed to the rehabilitation of patients, is worth promoting.
