锁骨钩钢板内固定联合喙肩韧带移位重建喙锁韧带修复肩锁关节脱位的手术方法及疗效

摘要

ABSTRACT:Objective To analyze the joint clavicular hook plate ifxation displacement of ligament reconstruction beak to beak shoulder locks ligament repair the clinical effect of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods In our hospital in November 2014 to February 2015, admitted during the period of 24 cases of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients as the research object, adopt way the general data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed, treatment methods and results to sort and analysis. Results After treatment system, the institute selected 24 patients were stage I heal, X-ray examination results suggest the acromioclavicular joints completely reset; Patients with postoperative follow-up results suggest steel screw loosening, acromion fracture and hook broken, etc. Karlsson curative effect evaluation according to the results of 24 cases, 22 cases, good in 2 cases;Basic clinical desired therapeutic effect. Conclusion With the help of clavicular hook plate ifxation and beak shoulder tendon transposition to repair the acromioclavicular joint dislocation, not only better treatment effect, and has small trauma, less operation difficulty and stability of shoulder joint in patients with deifnite advantages, is worth for reference in clinical practice and be popularized.%目的：分析锁骨钩钢板内固定联合喙肩韧带移位重建喙锁韧带修复肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法以我院2014年11月至2015年2月期间收治的24例肩锁关节脱位患者为研究对象，采用回顾性分析的方式对所有患者的一般资料、治疗方法及结果进行整理和分析。结果经过系统的治疗，本次研究所选取的24例患者均为I期愈合，X线片检查结果提示肩锁关节完全复位；术后随访结果提示无患者发生钢板螺钉松动、肩峰骨折及钩部折断等情况，Karlsson疗效评定结果显示24例患者，优22例，良2例；治疗效果基本达到临床预期。结论借助锁骨钩钢板内固定与喙肩韧带移位术修复肩锁关节脱位，不仅治疗效果较好，而且具有创伤小、操作难度小及患者肩关节稳定性恢复确切的优势，值得在临床实践中借鉴并予以推广。
