Zhu Huan,whose original first name was Jingwen(敬文)and penname is Hongyu(洪宇),was born in Fuzhouwan(复州湾),City Wafangdian(瓦房店),Province Liaoning in January 1926.He is a member of the Communist Party of China(CPC),who serves(or served)as a professor emeritus and Ph.D.instructor at Northeast Normal University(NENU),vice president of Jilin Society of History,member of history group in the 3rd-5th Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council,member of reviewing board(history)of the National Fund for Philosophy and Social Sciences,and member of reviewing board(world history)of the National Social Science Fund of China.
