钢筋混凝土桥梁火灾后检测评估

         

摘要

In order to make rehabilitation measures for bridges after fire disasters ,the bridges must be inspected and evaluated first .A reinforced concrete bridge after a fire disaster is taken as the study background .The contents of bridge inspection and evaluation are introduced .By judging the change of the concrete color ,cracks caused by fire ,hammering reaction ,concrete spallation , load bearing reinforcement exposure ,binding property of load bearing reinforcement and structural deformation ,the bridge condition after a fire disaster was roughly identified .When the grade of damaged regions were initially determined ,the visual inspection and thermal analysis were succes-sively done to evaluate the temperature of the fire ,the core-drill method was used to measure the strength of concrete ,and the yield strength of reinforcement in the reinforcement exposure region were tested .It was concluded from the results of all the aforementioned tests that the strength of the concrete and the stiffness of the reinforcement could meet the design requirements .At last ,the static and dynamic tests were done to inspect the load bearing capacity of the bridge after a fire dis -aster .%为了制定火灾后桥梁的维修措施,需对火灾后桥梁进行检测评估。以某火灾后钢筋混凝土桥梁为背景,介绍该桥检测评估主要内容。根据混凝土颜色改变、火灾裂缝、锤击反应、混凝土脱落、受力钢筋露筋、受力钢筋粘结性能及结构变形等方面对火灾后桥梁进行初步鉴定。初步确定受损区域等级后,采用表观检测法和热分析法相结合的方式对火灾温度进行评定,采用钻芯法对混凝土强度进行测定,对露筋区域的钢筋进行钢筋屈服强度测试,结合各项测定结果,综合判定混凝土及钢筋刚度满足设计要求。最后为检验桥梁火灾后的承载能力,对桥梁进行了静动载试验。
