用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取紫椴枝皮中的黄酮

         

摘要

In order to provide references for the researches on the functional components in Tilia amurensis Rupr., and to optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction process of flavonoids compounds from the bark in T. amurensis Rupr., the influences of ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio on extraction yield of flavonoids compounds were investigated by response surface method on the basis of single-factor experiments. The results show that the optimum levels of the three significant parameters are ethanol volume fraction 43%, ultrasonic time 26 min and solid-liquid ratio (1 : 37) g·mL-1. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids compounds is up to 5.627%.%为给紫椴中功能成分的深入研究提供参考依据,优化超声波辅助提取紫椴枝皮中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,采用3因素3水平响应面分析方法,研究了超声提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对于超声波辅助提取紫椴枝皮中黄酮类化合物产量的影响.结果表明,超声波辅助提取最佳工艺为:超声提取时间26 mm,乙醇体积分数43%,料液比(1∶37) g·mL-1.在此工艺条件下总黄酮得率为5.627%.
