手术室护理质量管理过程中六西格玛 DMAIC 流程管理模式应用效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of Six Sigma DMAIC process management in improving the nursing qual-ity management of operation room.Methods:Use of six sigma management DMAIC process management mode,find out the cause the problems existing in the operating room nursing quality management process,formulate corresponding improvement measures and effect evaluation.Results:With six sigma management DMAIC process management mode after the intervention in the operating room nursing quality management,weekly surgery were with ward patients,surgery time and transport,pre-operative intraoperative medication delivery,surgical nursing records for nursing quality improved obviously,surgery doctors, nurses,the patient to nursing job satisfaction significantly increased.The indicators compared significant difference before and after the intervention,there is statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Using Six Sigma DMAIC process management mode,promote the operating room work flow optimization and improvement,increase the degree of security and the efficiency of the operation transfer transport,also through the satisfaction and performance appraisal,stimulate the operating room nur-ses'working initiative,to enhance the operating room management quality.%目的：探讨提高手术室护理质量管理过程中六西格玛 DMAIC 流程管理的应用效果。方法：运用六西格玛管理的 DMAIC流程管理模式，找出引起手术室护理质量管理过程中存在的问题，制定针对性的改进措施并进行效果评价。结果：应用六西格玛管理的 DMAIC 流程管理模式干预手术室护理质量管理后，每周手术台次、手术接台时间、与病房患者交接转运、术前术中用药核查交接、手术护理记录等护理质量明显提高，手术医生、手术护士、患者对护理工作满意度显著提升。干预前后各项指标相比差异显著，有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：运用六西格玛 DMAIC 流程管理模式，可促进手术室工作流程有效优化改进，增加手术交接转运的安全度和效率，同时通过满意度与绩效考核，能激发手术室护士工作能动性，从而显著提升手术室管理质量。
