普者黑湿地是国内典型的高原喀斯特湿地，实施退塘还湖工程后使困扰普者黑湿地的化肥、药物、秸秆等污染得到有效治理，普者黑湖水水质得到明显改善。退塘还湖必须做好重点规划，防止鱼塘对现状湿地的破坏，注重生态补偿方式的合理性与灵活性，提倡湿地植物栽植的乡土性和景观异质性，落实鸟类栖息地的保护与恢复。%Puzhehei wetland is a typical plateau Karst wetland in China. Implementation of the project of Lake Reclaim from fishery ponds has made the pollutions by chemical fertilizers, pesticides and litter straws troubling Puzhehei wetland under effective control, and water quality of the wetland has been improved significantly. It is important to have a well prepared plan for the lake reclaim project in order to prevent the current wetlands from damages by ifshery ponds. Attention should be paid to the rationality and flexibility of ecological compensation. Growing of local wetland plants should be advocated for landscape heterogeneity. Protection and rehabilitation of bird habitats should be implemented.
