目的:探讨体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)及中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效.方法:选取2010年1 月至2012 年1 月收治的符合泌尿系结石诊断标准的患者350 例,采用ESWL 治疗,然后给予患者中药排石汤及西药抗感染治疗,观察患者结石排空情况及临床疗效.结果:治愈301 例,占86.00%;好转26例,占7.43%;无效23 例,占6.57%;总有效率93.43%.1次排石成功215 例,2 次排石成功68 例,3 次排石成功18 例.结论:ESWL后给予中西医结合治疗,可增强排石效果,提高治愈率,值得临床推广使用.%Objective: To approach therapeutic effects of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating urinary stone. Method: A total of 350 patients admitted from January, 2010 to January, 2012 were chosen, treated with ESWL and then given with Pai Shi Tang and anti-infection medicine. Stone-free condition and clinical effects of patients were observed. Result: All 301 cases were cured and reached to 86.00%; 26 cases effective and 7.43%; 23 cases ineffective and 6.57%; total effective rate was 93.43%. 215 patients were successful in freeing stone once, 68 cases did twice, and 18 cases did three times. Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance the effect of stone-free and improve cure rate of patients after ESWL.
