Nurses embody and practice new system and new policy, which requires total change of nurses' service idea, highlighting of humanized nursing, humanity demonstration of caring sick and core thinking of providing high-quality, inexpensive and efficient nursing service. Nurses are endowed with new responsibility by new system, in which require the nurse should grasp pluralism knowledge, know and obey the law.
