腹针配合按时开穴治疗中风后遗症30例

摘要

目的：观察腹针配合按时开穴治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将60例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，观察组采用腹针配合按时开穴治疗，对照组常规针刺治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.67%，对照组为56.67%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力改善评分治疗后2组均明显改善（P＜0.05），治疗组改善较对照组明显（P＜0.05）。结论：腹针配合按时开穴治疗中风后遗症疗效显著。%Objective: To observe clinical effects of abdominal acupuncture and point-pressing on time in treating sequela of apoplexy. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were administered with abdominal acupuncture and point-pressing on time, and the control group routine needling. Result:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, higher than 56.67%of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P<0.05). Both groups were improved significantly after treating in neurological severity score (NSS) and daily living ability improvement scale (P<0.05);the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture and point-pressing on time are effective in treating sequela of apoplexy.
