VEGF在脊髓型颈椎病动物模型椎间盘组织中的表达及意义

摘要

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脊髓型颈椎病动物模型椎间盘组织中的表达及意义.方法:将脊髓型颈椎病大鼠模型中取得的椎间盘组织(造模组)进行HE染色及VEGF免疫组化检测,并与正常组作对照分析.结果:造模组大鼠颈椎间盘中髓核和纤维环VEGF的含量为74.10％和5.72％,分别高于对照组大鼠的28.40％和4.70％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:脊髓型颈椎病病变椎间盘内可诱导产生VEGF,提示VEGF可能通过促进新生血管的发生、发展,在退变的椎间盘组织中发挥作用.%Objective:To explore the expression and meaning of VEGF in intervertebral disc tissue of animal model with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM).Methods:Intervertebral tissue(the model group) was stained by HE and detected by VEGF IHC got from animal model with cervical CSM,and analyzed as the control(the normal) group.Results:The VEGF contents of nucleus pulposus and fiber ring of cervical intervertebral disc in the model group were 74.10％ and 5.72％,they were higher than those of the control group (28.40％ and 4.70％).The difference between two groups was statstical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusion:Intervertebral disc tissue of CSM can produce VEGF,it means that VEGF can play a role in intervertebral disc degeneration by promoting new vessels production and development.
