对完善金融消费者权益保护工作的思考——基于白银市金融消费者权益保护的工作实践

         

摘要

近年来,金融消费越来越深地融入百姓日常生活,各界对加强金融消费者权益保护的呼声日益增强。为保护金融消费者合法权益,促进辖内金融消费稳定健康发展,人民银行白银市中心支行深入开展金融消费者权益保护工作.积极探索推行金融维权模式,为保护金融消费者权益奠定了一定基础。但实践发现,受体制、机制以及金融法律不健全等因素影响,金融消费者权益保护工作还面临着一些问题,亟待通过完善金融法律、理顺体制、整合力量等来提升金融消费者权益保护工作水平。%In recent years, financial consumption has entered into the daily life of common people, and the call for strengthening financial customer right protection has increased. In order to standardize financial Service, protect financial customer rights, maintain regional financial order and social welfare and promote the stable and healthy development of financial consumption, Baiyin municipal sub-branch PBC has carried out a series of work about financial customer fight protection, actively probed into new patterns to main- tain financial fights, which lay a solid basis for protecting financial customer rights. But due to unsound system~ mechanism and finan- cial laws, the effect of financial customer right protection is not satisfactory. Therefore, it is greatly urgent to perfect financial laws, ar- range management system and aggregate resources to further advance financial customer right protection.
