进一步发挥股指期货的功能和作用

摘要

本文对我国股指期货开通四年来情况进行了总结，指出股指期货功能和作用还有待于进一步完善，并提出建立期指市场与股票市场的联动机制；大力发展机构投资者，引入长期投资者和长期资金入市；坚持适当投资者制度，逐步放宽进入门槛，加强衍生品市场监管和期货市场法律法规建设等建议。%The paper summarizes the situations that share price index futures have been opened for four years in China, points out that the functions of share price index futures should be further perfected, and proposes following measures such as establishing the linkage mechanism between futures market and stock market, developing institutional investors and introducing long-term investors and long-term funds into the market, adhering to appropriate investors system and gradually reducing the threshold and strengthening the regulation of the derivatives market and the construction of laws and regulations on the futures market.
