本文选取陕西省L县在土地流转及金融创新方面的实践作为案例，深入挖掘并分析了当前L县土地流转信贷发展现状，及制约我国土地流转信贷发展的深层次原因及矛盾，最后提出政策建议。%Selecting the practice of county L in the land conversion and the financial innovation as the case, the paper deeply ana-lyzes the present situation of county L in its development of land conversion credit, the underlying reasons and hidden conflicts that constrain the further development of the land conversion credit in China. Last but not the least, the paper offers policy suggestions con-cerning the issue.
