输电线路钢管塔用Q460E直缝高频焊钢管生产工艺研究

         

摘要

对输电线路钢管塔使用Q460E直缝高频焊焊接钢管的生产工艺中所存在的成型挤压量、焊接参数和焊后热处理工艺进行了试验研究.结果表明,焊后热处理和挤压量对钢管的焊缝组织和性能影响较大.通过对钢板挤压量及开口角度进行控制,同时把握好焊后模拟正火温度、空冷时间、水冷时间等工艺数据,将对获得良好的焊缝组织,提高焊缝冲击功有重要的帮助.通过对焊接参数及焊后模拟正火温度等参数的研究,得到了完整的生产工艺参数.%The forming extrusion amounts, welding parameters and post-welding heat treatment of Q460E HFW pipe which used for steel tower of electricity transmission lines were studied, the results showed that post-welding heat treatment and extrusion amounts affect weld structure and performance greatly. By controlling extrusion amounts of steel plate, opening angle, the post-welding simulation normalizing temperature, air cooling time, water cooling time etc., it will achieve good weld organization and improve weld impact energy. Through the study of welding parameters and post-welding simulation normalizing temperature, the complete production process parameters were obtained.
